David is a great guy! He goes out of his way for his customers. He explains everything to you that he is doing and doesn't try to sell you any unnecessary parts. He's very friendly and easy to work with. I have called on him several times when our AC has gone out and I will continue to use David in the future! I would highly recommend Cobbs!

The nicest man ever!: He was VERY honest, very afforable, straight up, doesn't try to upcharge things you don't need. He even does follow-up calls. I loved this man! He runs his business like a traditional mom and pop company. The customer is always first and if you call him afterhours, he will try his hardest to make it over to service you. The very first time I called when my ac broke, he came out and did a full service and then discovered it wasn't my ac but the cps line outside. He noticed some things that needed attention but was honest enough to let me know I had some time before they needed to be replaced. He didn't charge for that first call despite taking 2 hours of his time, but I have been faithfully using him ever since. One time, he gave me a quote for constructing a whole new return air outlet, but advised me on how I could get the whole job done cheaper and he would order the parts for me. Talk about honest.

"Last night my downstairs air conditioning unit stopped working. When I called for help at 7:40 a.m. a cheerful lady answered and said they would try to get help to us during the morning. I also asked if she could send David because he has worked on our unit for years and done spring and fall checks." "David arrived at 9:30 a.m. and diagnosed the need for a new contactor in the outside unit and a relay in the attic unit." "I wish to commend your company for many years of service to us and especially David. He is a quiet mannered very professional superb technician, and he explains problems in easily understood layman's terms."Sincerely,
